Dianna Dunbar, MSW, LCSW, Associate
is a psychotherapist for individuals and couples, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practitioner and teacher, and a corporate consultant. She earned her M.S.W. from Tulane University and then completed a Clinical Fellowship at L.S.U. Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry. Dianna has taught Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for the past 10 years for an HMO, an EAP, L.S.U. Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, within corporations, as well as in her private practice. She has taken professional training at The Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical Center and believes mindfulness techniques acknowledge what is authentic, promote profound awareness without judgment, thereby creating a break with our cravings of thought and behavior that drive so much of our unnecessary physical and psychological suffering. Her professional training with University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness includes completion of: Practicum in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction-Summer Intensive, Teacher Development Intensive, and Residential Professional Training Retreat in Mind Body Medicine.
Dianna has a private practice where she uses mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, somatic and gestalt techniques with individuals and couples. Based on her couples work, she developed Mindfulness Couple's Therapy TM, which uses mindfulness with couples to facilitate communication, presence and transformation.
Dianna additionally works in the corporate environment where she is conducting mindfulness stress reduction workshops for groups, as well as, individually tailored one-on-one sessions.

Colleen Ehrnstrom, PhD, Associate
is a licensed clinical psychologist. She got her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of Colorado at Boulder, did an Internship at Vancouver General Hospital specializing in health psychology, was employed at Mapleton Hospital on Pain management team, is currently adjunct professor in Department of Psychology at University of Colorado at Boulder, and currently has a private practice for individual, couples and group therapy. She specializes in Trauma, Health Psychology, Early Adulthood Transition, Depression/Anxiety. Dr. Ehrnstrom's approach to therapy combines traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy with acceptance and commitment therapy to create a unique and holistic approach. She practices empirically based treatment that addresses the relationship between mind and body, and allows the client to feel more empowered and able to make proactive choices in life. Her other modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is only one of the approaches she uses to treat trauma.

Trise Cruea, CCHt, Associate
is a Counseling Clinical Hypnotherapist who is certified by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and the American Counsel of Hypnotist Examiners. She has specialty certifications in Pain Management, Cellular Release TherapyTM, and Hypnotic EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Ms. Cruea has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice using techniques of hypnotherapy since 1986, and has taught and developed classes and workshops for personal growth, personal healing, and spiritual development since 1988. She adds a lifelong commitment to personal empowerment and over 20 years of energetic meditation practice to her support of client/student goals for greater quality of life.

Brenda Fister, RN, BSN, OCN, CCHt, Associate
is a certified Counseling Clinical Hypnotherapist and Oncology Certified Nurse, working in Boulder and Longmont. She has been working in western health care since 1976, first as a nuclear medicine technician, then later as a nurse and hypnotherapist. Ms. Fister is strongly interested in working with patients who have chronic pain, in part because of her work with cancer patients and with hospice. She is also interested in complementary and humanistic approaches to healing. She is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, has studied Chi Kung Healing Touch in China. She brings a mindfulness approach to her work, inspired by her own meditation practice. Her hypnotherapy specialty certifications include Pain Management, Medical Hypnosis, Cellular Release TherapyTM, and Death and Dying.

Dhyan Eagleton, MA, CCHt, Associate
is a psychotherapist and certified Counseling Clinical Hypnotherapist. She specializes in individual psychotherapy, trauma and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and in issues of sexuality and sexual healing. She teaches classes for the community and for health and mental health professionals.
